Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your Royatok subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain full access to paid features until the end of the paid period.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with our software, you are eligible for a full 100% refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date—no questions asked.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply contact our support team at [email protected] with your account email address. Alternatively, because our order process is conducted by our online reseller & Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, you may also request a refund directly via Paddle's buyer support portal at paddle.net.

4. Exceptions

Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date will be granted solely at our discretion, typically reserved for duplicate charges or verified technical failures.
